Only Imagine is not liable for balloons once they are out of our care. Only Imagine uses only the highest quality balloons and materials, however, some may pop or deflate sooner than anticipated. We cannot guarantee the lifespan of balloons due to environmental factors. Weather, people, pets, different surfaces, and hot or cluttered car conditions can jeopardize the lifespan of the designs. We will replace anything we pop in transportation or during setup.
